I'd like to add to the "support of our troops" part of my previous post. My intent in relating our troops to vulnerable animals is the cynicism I adopted while I watched my father in service with the Air Force for 30 years. He died as Senior Master Sergeant Robert William Brickner and even toured Iraq in his 50's right before he died at home in Missouri- before he could enjoy his retirement. He was never negative about the Air Force or any of the military until the war in Iraq. It pissed him off to be a part of something so supposedly well intended, gone wrong. He couldn't wait to retire and get out because he felt that until he did, he had no choice but to be a puppet for people like you and Bush. If you ask me and his widow, my stepMother Jeannie Brickner- the Air Force is what deteriorated his soul, his spirit and then killed him. What is your solution for that Mr. McCain?
